Prior to London Business School (LBS), Andi served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy. She began her career as a Division Officer onboard a Guided Missile Cruiser, where she led cross-functional teams in executing diverse tasking that ranged from combating shipboard fires to landing helicopters at sea to manoeuvring a billion-dollar warship. She then became a Platoon Commander for a Coastal Riverine security squadron, where she led security escorts of shipping traffic in the Persian Gulf.
Before joining the Navy, Andi graduated from Duke University with a B.A. in Arabic Language & Middle Eastern Studies and then earned a Master’s of Philosophy in Politics from the University of Cambridge. She hopes to leverage the business acumen she gains through the MBA at LBS, alongside the leadership and management experience she gained in the military, to transition to a career in consulting.
Andi’s hobbies include running, yoga, travelling, and collecting historical documents and books. At London Business School, she is an active member of the Women’s Touch Rugby Club, the Military in Business Club and the Impact Consulting Club.
