By Randall S Peterson , Gillian Ku , Herminia Ibarra and Eliot Sherman 09 March 2018

London Business School (LBS) faculty and practitioners share personal stories about why they’re dedicated to tackling gender disparity.

They candidly explain what motivates them, the challenges for women in the workplace, what the research tells us and how we can all work together to make real impactful change.

“It only happens when lots of people work hard at it. And I want to be one of those people.”

It is not worthwhile making much ado about nothing, the truth is that women generally are not forthcoming in Research studies practice and this has practically nothing to do with gender issue as proclaimed. It has to be made very clear here that the present global world makes no room for laxity and gender distinctions about human resource propensities as put into full practice and identified by their valuable contributions.
