Giuseppe Soda

Professor Giuseppe “Beppe” Soda is a Visiting Professor of Organisational Behaviour at London Business School. Beppe has an impressive academic record, visiting LBS from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy where he is Professor of Organization Theory and Social Networks. He also previously served as Dean of SDA at the Bocconi School of Management. 

Professor Soda’s research focusses on social and organisational network origins and dynamics and the performance consequences of the interplay between organisational formal architectures and organisational networks. Beppe also serves on the board of some of the world’s most important international higher education institutions, including the European Foundation for Management Development, EQUIS Accreditation Board, and the GMAC Board of Directors. 

His writing has been published in some of the most prestigious management publications, including Administrative Science Quarterly, Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science and Academy of Management Journal.
