Abstract

This article discusses the challenges and opportunities of reinventing the career during times of crisis COVID-19 p of pandemic.The articles also focuses on importance of balancing the need for basic survival with the desire for career change. They suggest several principles to navigate this process effectively, including developing diverse options for possible selves, embracing the liminal period of uncertainty, engaging in projects that expand knowledge and skills, leveraging dormant ties for networking, and practicing self-reflection through social exchanges. The article emphasizes the significance of taking action, seeking support, and avoiding isolation in career reinvention.
