Unless indicated otherwise, the last speaker of each session is required to serve as session chair. This involves the following responsibilities:

• Introduce each speaker before their presentation.

• Ensure that every presentation during the session begins and finishes on time; and in particular

• Remind each speaker when there is 5 minutes left for their talk.

The connection of a laptop computer to the projection system available in each room can take several minutes. To ensure smooth transitions between presentations during sessions, we thus strongly recommend that each session chair reach out to the other presenters in their session in order to collect their presentation files in advance and store them either on:

• A laptop computer they will bring to the conference (please remember to bring a charger + converter to UK power sockets) and connect to the projection system through the HDMI or USB-C cables available in each room; or

• A personal cloud storage service (such as Dropbox or OneDrive) that they will access through the internet from the room desktop computers on the day of the conference session (please be aware that no Flash or USB drive may be connected to LBS computers).

The Poster Session will be held on June 2025 from 17:30 to 19:00, organized in three different Theme Areas, each with its own open space. Presenters should prepare a poster to be displayed may be as large as 70 cm W x 98 cm H (27.5 inches W x 38.5 inches H, please keep 5 cm / 2 inches margin space at the top and bottom of your poster to attach). We unfortunately do not have the capacity for poster print at LBS, but such services are offered at some local shops (e.g., https://www.ryman.co.uk/print-your-poster-1).

Need a smaller quiet workspace away from it all? We have reserved a large number of small meeting rooms throughout campus that conference participants can use for individual work sessions or private meetings on a first-come-first serve basis. These include:

• In the North Building, rooms NB.0.1 to NB.0.12 on the ground floor, rooms NB.1.01 to NB.1.08 on the first floor and rooms NB.2.01 to NB.2.08 on the second floor, and

• In the Ratcliffe building, rooms RG01 to RG09 on the ground floor and rooms R102 to R106 and R111 to R118 on the first floor.
