Programme details
The Project Finance programme draws on faculty and guest speaker insights and experience to analyse how organisations use project finance to structure and value complex projects.
Alongside lectures you apply the principles of project finance to real-life projects using a series of case studies. Cases cover a variety of industries and countries and illustrate the financial tools and structures used by corporate sponsors and banks as well as government and private sector agencies. The programme ends with a final assignment where you work on a real-life solar power project to apply the project finance models and the analysis techniques learnt during the programme. After evaluating the lending decisions for the project you must ultimately decide: should you make the loan?
