The Leading Change programme explores how to develop and execute change initiatives more effectively in your organisation. Over five intensive days, the programme focuses on:

  • Diagnosing and utilising resistance to change
  • Constructing purpose and shaping the environment for change
  • Enabling sustainable change

This programme comprises a full schedule of facilitated lectures, class discussions, case studies and intense coaching. 

Monday

  • The psychology of change and why change is difficult
  • Affecting the change response of others

Tuesday

  • Leading change: Changing organisations from the top
  • Taking charge: What to do in the first few months

Wednesday

  • Taking a structured and strategic approach to change management
  • The winner's curse: The difficulty with change after experiencing success

Thursday

  • Developing bottom-up grassroots change
  • Building resilience: Developing your personal capacity to cope with change

Friday

  • The power of "why" during the change process
  • Your commitment to change
