Programme details

This leadership development programme is based on a powerful model of personal effectiveness. It has three key components, each of which is a set of skills that the programme is designed to enhance:

  • interpersonal problem-solving - these skills enable you to develop the best strategies for influencing and motivating people, as well as confronting problems effectively
  • practical application rather than simulations. Each participant brings a map of their organisational structure to the programme
  • personal feedback - a 360 degree survey will help you learn about your strengths and weaknesses and provide you with the opportunity to develop strategies to deal with your impact on others.

You'll come away with two greatly enhanced areas:

  • self-knowledge in the form of awareness of you own unique personal skills and resources
  • insight into others and the ability to tune your approach accordingly.
