Funding, Risk and Restructuring gives you the tools to manage financial risk in an effective and timely way. It provides an in-depth understanding of capital structure and the financing options available to companies and covers the important areas of payout policy, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring.

The first part of the programme focuses on the application of derivatives in corporate finance settings: real options, risk management and optimal gearing. The second part concentrates on the important areas of dividend policy, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, financial distress, the security issuance process, and long-term financial planning.

Evening programme

The evening programme provides you with the flexibility to study without taking time out of the office. Specifically designed for commuters and those based in London, classes run from 18.00 on 10 consecutive Wednesday evenings.

On the evening programme, tutors run optional classes on five alernative Thursdays from 18.00 to 19.30, providing an opportunity for participants to gain further hands-on experience to practise and apply the topics covered.
