Campbell Jamieson
(Australian)
General Manager - Commercial, International Cricket Council

"I thoroughly enjoyed the Accelerated Development Programme and I got exactly what I came for. The opportunity the programme provided for me to think about work issues from a different perspective away from the office was excellent.

"The faculty were exceptionally good and brought a high level of enthusiasm to the programme. I was surprised by the remarkable standard of debate and diverse discussion. It was an intense way of learning, but everyone maintained their interest and we all encouraged each other.

"From my first day back in the office, I started using the management tools I learnt from the programme, specifically in relation to the management of my team. My management style has completely changed and I allocate more time to considering other people's view and encouraging debate.

"I would definitely recommend the programme to my colleagues. I think any manager who wants to become a leader would benefit from the programme."
