PhD programme
Why do your Strategy and Entrepreneurship PhD at London Business School?
We emphasise thorough training as a researcher as well as the capacity to ask and answer research questions that have a strong managerial relevance.
As well as formal coursework, students gain valuable research experience by working closely with faculty on projects. Our students have won awards for outstanding research at the Academy of Management.
Purpose of the programme
The SE PhD Programme is for people who want to pursue an academic career, related to how organisations can create value through superior competitive performance. The programme isn't suitable for people who want to return to business or consulting.
