Margaret Lee is a PhD candidate in Organisational Behaviour, focusing on the impact of employee physical attractiveness on important organizational behaviors. Her work integrates models from psychology and related sciences with consideration of the organizational context to make novel predictions explaining behavior of organizational actors. She examines behaviors such as negotiations, selection decisions, status conferral, and helping.
Margaret attended the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University for her undergraduate studies. Before starting her PhD, she worked as a lab manager at the Center for Decision Sciences at Columbia Business School.
