Garrett Brady is a second year student in Organisational Behaviour at London Business School. He holds a BA in Religion/Philosophy and a BS in Psychology from Florida State University. Garrett’s research interests include negotiation, judgement and decision making, and hierarchy. He is examining how power and status differences affect interpersonal dynamics and how biases involved in decision making processes violate rational expectations.
Prior to joining London Business School, Garrett worked as a Research Assistant for the Dispute Resolution Research Center (DRRC) at Northwestern University in the Kellogg School of Management. While at the DRRC, Garrett worked with Dr. Jeanne Brett and affiliated post-docs on a range of projects involving negotiation research and served as a Teaching Assistant for the Negotiation and Cross Cultural Negotiation MBA level classes.
