KPC is Kuwait's national oil company, headquartered in Kuwait City. NTEC, a subsidiary of the Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA) focusses on facilitating business within Kuwait.
London Business School is the lead partner responsible for rolling out the programme as part of a global consortium of world-leading institutions.

We are currently in the design phase of the programme, which is due to launch in April 2014. It will be a five year programme, delivered to approximately 300 participants made up of KPC’s Managing Directors, Deputy Managing Directors and Senior Managers.

Participants will follow a customised programme linked to KPC’s business strategy and individuals’ leadership development needs, followed by various global open enrolment programmes.

We are thrilled to be working on this exciting programme, which reinforces our commitment to the Middle East, where we already have successful partnerships with valued clients in Oman, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia.
