Leadership reflection

Before the programme begins, you will consider how others see you as a leader. Key colleagues in your business are asked to submit an online 360-degree review of your style, and you undertake a NEO personality exercise. During the programme, you will consider your purpose and your key strengths through a 1Self assessment. On the basis of these findings you gain a deeper understanding of your strengths, your preferred style and personal skills to form the basis of an on-going action plan.
