Stephanie Chan-Ahuja is a first-year PhD candidate in Organisational Behaviour. Prior to joining LBS, she was a research associate at Harvard Business School, MIT, and Chicago Booth School of Business. Her research lies in the intersection of psychology and economics that has implications on people’s personal and professional lives. She is interested in running rigorous field studies to improve gender diversity in the workplace.
