Gunjan Seth

Gunjan is a PhD Candidate in Finance at London Business School. Her research interests are mostly in the field of resolution of financial distress, with current projects focusing on the agency conflicts and bargaining frictions in corporate bankruptcies. She holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad (India) and B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee (India). Prior to her doctoral studies, Gunjan worked as a research associate in a buy-side investment management firm, focussing on the valuation of distressed firms.

Research interests: Corporate Finance, Bankruptcy.
