London Business School has been ranked number one in Europe for the third consecutive year by the Financial Times, in its annual European business schools ranking. The School’s MBA programme has also topped the Bloomberg Businessweek international ranking published today.

The School, which has taken the top spot in the FT’s European business schools ranking on five occasions including the last three years, was ranked out of the top 90 schools. This measure combines degree and executive education programmes – the MBA, Executive MBA, Masters in Management and both Open and Custom Executive Education programmes.

Since the European business schools ranking was first launched in 2005, the School has always been ranked in the top three.

The School’s MBA programme has also topped Bloomberg Businessweek’s international MBA ranking for the second time. The School was first ranked #1 in 2012. The top result reflects high employer and student satisfaction, and a strong employment rate three months after graduation (93%).

Professor Sir Andrew Likierman, Dean, London Business School, said: "We are proud of the consistency of our ranking among the world’s top business schools. 2016 has been an exciting year for the School with new programmes and research centres. We are looking forward to opening our new building – Sammy Ofer Centre – in 2017.”
