Themed ‘The changing role of corporations in society’, the conference will take place at The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in Westminster on 23 May. The conference will bring together leading players from across several industry sectors to share their personal experiences through a series of engaging talks and active panel discussions.

Anne-Marie Kruk one of the student co-organisers of the event, said: “The Net Impact and Industry Clubs are very excited to host this topical conference focused on Sustainability. We hope the conference will encourage and host healthy debates and interesting conversations around sustainability and what it means in today’s modern world.”

The conference will examine the current issues and challenges that corporations face when it comes to sustainability and the importance of implementing long-term and sustainable business strategies.

Speakers from Bain & Company, Cargill, GE, and LVMH will be among those covering key topics including responsible leadership at board level, new ways of doing business in the circular economy and systems changes.

The event aligns with the School's MBA 2015 class theme, shaping a sustainable future, and comes as businesses increasingly recognise the importance of long-term sustainable strategies.
