Education: Bachelors, Bowdoin College, USA; graduated in 2021
Topic(s) studied: Economics and Mathematics
Interested in: Investment banking, economic/litigation consulting
My greatest challenge when I applied to business school was: Managing an intense university course load while studying for the GMAT and running a non-profit library
About me: I was born in Lima, Peru, and lived there for most of my life before moving to the United States to study Economics and Mathematics at Bowdoin College. I finished my four-year degree at Bowdoin in three years and decided to pursue the Masters in Financial Analysis at London Business School to continue growing personally and professionally. As a bilingual individual who enjoys making friends, trying unique recipes, listening to and playing new music, and travelling, I feel at home in the multicultural and international hub that is London Business School. Moreover, as somebody looking to leverage his experiences in multiple sectors, I know that there is no place I would rather be than London. I have interned with the corporate banking division of Banco de Credito del Peru, Peru's largest commercial bank; the finance team of a Peruvian mining firm; and the investment banking division of Credicorp Capital, a leading Latin American investment bank. I now look forward to applying the skills and knowledge I have acquired in these experiences by joining the investment banking sector in London.
Three topics I can be approached about: Job and masters applications; living in London; academics
