About me: Shafira is an experienced finance professional with six years of experience prior to joining the Masters in Finance programme. She began her career as an investment banker in a local private bank in Jakarta, Indonesia. Later, she joined an infrastructure financing company as an investment associate, where she financed PPP projects in remote areas of Indonesia. She has vast knowledge in the transportation, road and telecommunication sectors.

She joined the Masters in Finance to broaden her global perspectives and to gain insights from a diverse group of classmates. The programme allows her to combine her past experience while acquiring new skills from the diverse range of electives offered. She believes joining the programme is pivotal for her career advancement.

In her free time, Shafira enjoys diving and hiking. She also has a passion for travelling and discovering new restaurants.
