My greatest challenge when applying to business school was: Choosing the right school for me
About me: I was barely 18 years old when I completed the French Baccalaureate and jumped straight into my management studies at Warwick Business School. Upon my arrival at Warwick, I was uncertain about my career path. Yet, the undergraduate journey provided me with the required tools to get a better understanding of the corporate world. Nevertheless, my interests grew most in the financial sphere and the numeracy-heavy modules that span across it – hence my choice to undertake the MFA. Resultantly, I completed two spring insight programmes at Rothschild & Co and BlackRock, and secured a full-time offer at Arma Partners, a TMT boutique investment bank. Along the way, I also developed my entrepreneurial venture, Book a Desk, an app for booking library seating, and undertook an exchange semester in Hong Kong. Following the MFA, my immediate plan is to begin my career providing financial advisory services to technology companies at a bulge bracket investment bank. Besides careers and academics, I enjoy playing tennis and table tennis and I am an avid foodie! I chose LBS for its academic strength, global community and unparalleled learning environment – being a student of London Business School is a lifetime opportunity.
Three topics I can be approached about: Investment banking; application strategy; settling in London
