My greatest challenge when I applied to business school was: Writing application essays and preparing for interviews while working full-time

About me: I grew up in Germany, but left the country at the age of 15 to complete my high school and university education in the UK. After graduating from the University of Bath with a degree in Business Management, I took a gap year in which I completed internships in consulting and worked as a volunteer teacher in Nepal. Most recently, I have developed an interest in entrepreneurship and am currently experimenting with a few business ideas. After I graduate, I aim to either become a strategy consultant or an entrepreneur.

Aside from working to fulfill my professional aspirations, I enjoy doing sports, particularly basketball, rock climbing and boxing. LBS offers great opportunities to get involved in extra-curricular activities, but what really distinguishes this business school from others is its student body. Every individual in the course is truly unique and I cannot emphasize enough how excited I am to spend the coming year with such an interesting and inspiring mix of people. I am certain that my time here will not only be value-adding, but also highly enjoyable.
