Education: BSc, Vienna University of Economics and Business, Austria; graduated in 2020
Topic(s) studied: International Business Administration
Interested in: Investment banking, finance, technology
My greatest challenge when applying to business school was: Balancing my final undergraduate year, including an exchange semester with research and applications
About me: Thanks to an international upbringing, I was able to engage with people from diverse backgrounds early on, and it helped me feel very comfortable in a global environment. During my undergraduate studies, I spent my exchange semester at Bocconi, where I got even more interested in finance. This experience further solidified my ambitions to pursue a finance master’s. After extensive research and discussions with previous MFA students, I felt like LBS was the best choice, due to its quality academics, focus on community and its vast network. During my internships I worked as a financial analyst at a portfolio company of an investment firm, as well as a data analyst at a bank. I have also been part of a leadership programme at an NGO for three years, where I served as a class ambassador, worked on several consulting projects and mentored new students. Through that, I learnt more about the value of giving back, and I want to continue doing so at LBS. On a personal note, I enjoy a good conversation over dinner with friends as well as exploring the city. I am also an automotive enthusiast and always up for an engaging discussion about the latest trends.
Three topics I can be approached about: The application process; student clubs; networking advice
