My greatest challenge when I applied to business school was: GMAT.

About me: I was born and raised in Milan, Italy, and moved to the UK in 2019 to pursue my BSc in Philosophy, Politics & Economics at King’s College London. During the following three years, I developed an interest in finance and management, joining KCL’s only student-led investment fund and completing an investment banking summer internship at Barclays in the London office. While thrilled to have received a full-time return offer to join the graduate analyst class of 2022, I decided to defer this for one year to pursue the Masters in Management programme at LBS. This would help me fill the gaps in my knowledge, mature as a person and expand my network, plus it would allow me to complete my academic journey and better prepare me for a professional corporate environment.

While my journey at LBS is just beginning, the experience has already gone above and beyond my expectations. LBS’s world-leading faculty and international environment, coupled with the variety of societies and clubs on offer, provide students with endless opportunities to pursue their interests and strive for excellence. Looking forward, I will be joining the TEDxLBS, Snow and Women in Business Clubs to support my LBS experience.

Three topics I can be approached about: Moving to/living in London; applying to LBS; LBS life and community.
