Ignacio Pascale

  • Degree Programme: Masters in Analytics and Management
  • Global Nationality: Argentinean/Italian

Education: Bachelors in Science, Instituto Tecnólogico de Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires; graduated in 2020

Topic(s) studied: Business Administration and Information Systems

Interested in: Technology, deep tech, data science, digital marketing, supply chain and logistics

My greatest challenge when applying to business school was: Balancing being a full-time student with part-time work, GMAT studies and four hours of daily commute

About me: I was born and raised in Argentina. I studied Business Administration and Information Systems at ITBA in Buenos Aires; however, I always found myself more in the technical side of things. I am passionate about coding, music and sports. I have 12 years of experience as an amateur musician, seven as an “advanced” weightlifter and almost a lifetime running behind a football. During my internship in Buenos Aires and full-time job in London as a data analyst, I developed skills on Python, R and SQL, and an in-depth knowledge of cloud-based services and visualisation tools. I grew to consider myself a data advocate whose life calling is to help people take better, smarter and more efficient decisions based on evidence. I take pleasure in reading about the latest technologies and developments in the deep-tech industry. I read books about human history and the human mind. I am deeply interested in neuroscience/psychology and want to delve more into it. I’m now looking to build on my experience and continue my development at LBS on the MAM, as I want to step into a data analyst role, with a broad business perspective in the deep-tech industry.

Three topics I can be approached about: Going from management into a technical role; coding and anything you want to know about the MAM; moving from South America to London (housing, gyms, where to live, football)
