Education: University LIUC Carlo Cattaneo, Castellanza, Italy; graduated in 2019
Topic(s) studied: Business Management and Economics
Interested in: Social impact, impact consulting
My greatest challenge when applying to business school was: GMAT!
About me: During my bachelor’s programme in business economics at LIUC University in Italy, I completed two exchange semesters, at the University of South Australia in Adelaide and Singapore Management University. I also took part in some extracurricular activities, including a consulting competition and the Junior Enterprise of my school. After my studies, I took a gap year to acquire some work experience; I was a digital marketing intern for ten months in a corporation and a summer financial analyst in a sustainability-focused startup. I also volunteered with the Bone Marrow Donors Association for a couple of years and I am a donor myself. Recently, I have developed a strong interest in the social impact sector. I hope to work within impact consulting in Asia after the GMiM programme. At LBS, I am the GMiM Academic Representative and I am also involved with several clubs, especially those with a social impact aim. I also enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities, in particular hiking and camping. The range of possibilities and student clubs within LBS is certainly one of the factors that make the School unique, together with brilliant people from the most diverse backgrounds.
Three topics I can be approached about: Moving to London (I have moved five times while here, I know quite a lot by this time!); GMAT; funding
