About me: Gal grew up in Tel Aviv and completed his graduate studies in industrial and management engineering at Ben Gurion University. Before joining LBS, he worked in asset management for Edmond de Rothschild as a research associate, covering equity and fixed income across the board, mainly in the US, and took an active part in the firm’s fundraising operations. Before working at Rothschild, he was chosen for a leadership rotational programme at Israel’s top real estate development company, where he led sales strategies and collaborated with global developers. Gal also served in the military for the Air Force Intelligence Corps and graduated with distinction.
Gal decided to pursue an MBA to build on his interest in corporate finance, and intends to leverage it to join a bulge bracket investment bank. At LBS, Gal is an events and operations manager for the Finance Club and is an active member of the Football, Military in Business, Private Equity and Venture Capital, Debate and Public Speaking and Tennis clubs. In his free time, Gal enjoys competitive sports, strategic board games and meeting new people.
