My greatest challenge when applying to business school was: My greatest challenge has been pretty much twofold: on the one hand, choosing the right programme that would help me achieve my long-term career goals and on the other hand, coming from a business administration undergraduate degree, narrowing down the breadth of options of Early Careers degrees.

About me: I was born and raised in Germany and grew up in a family business, where I developed an early interest in entrepreneurship. By the age of 15, I had moved to the United Kingdom and enrolled in an intensive one-year GCSE programme at Taunton School International. After the programme I moved back to Germany and completed high school in Hamburg, where I chose the business and politics track, knowing that I wanted to study economics for my undergraduate degree. In an attempt to tailor my learning towards my needs and goals, I decided to move to Copenhagen for my bachelor’s degree at Copenhagen Business School. During my studies, I completed a summer internship in Ernst & Young’s transaction advisory department and went on exchange to ESADE Business & Law School in Barcelona, Spain. Upon graduation, I worked as an associate M&A trainee for PwC and as a project associate for the German American Chamber of Commerce in Chicago. To drive my career forward exactly the way I want, London Business School was the obvious choice for me. At LBS, I am truly grateful to be studying alongside students with the drive and capability to shape tomorrow’s future and I am more than happy to chat about my student experience with you.

Three topics I can be approached about: LBS' unique selling points; mastering the application process; moving to London
