About me: Emma graduated from Oxford University in 2013 with a first class degree in history. She started her career at L.E.K. Consulting, working in the London and Boston offices on projects for clients across the retail, media, industrial and healthcare sectors. In 2018, Emma joined the strategy team at the Wellcome Trust, a global charitable foundation with an endowment, contributing to organisational strategy development and managing the set-up of major new initiatives.
Emma's interests include strategy development, technology and impact investment. She was attracted to the LBS MBA programme because of the programme content, international diversity, career support and extracurricular opportunities such as the MIINT student impact investing competition, Social Impact Club and Technology and Media Club. Emma loves spending time outdoors cycling, hiking, skiing and attempting to kitesurf.
Topics I can be approached about: Applying to an MBA from a non-traditional background (i.e. non-profit); applying with an interest in non-profit strategy
