Chris Yoza

Chris is a deal advisory manager at KPMG with extensive experience working in New York City, London and Tokyo. He is specialised in cross-border M&A transaction advisory, including financial and business due diligence on both buy- and sell-side, business valuation, deal structuring, sale and purchase agreement advice, negotiation support and PMI advisory for strategic corporate clients, asset-backed lenders and private equity investors.

Chris began his career as an assurance associate (CPA) at Ernst & Young’s financial services office in New York City, and graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business management from Brigham Young University-Hawaii.

Whilst undertaking his global long-term assignment at KPMG in London, Chris decided to pursue a Masters in Finance at LBS to strengthen his financial expertise and technical skills, expand his global network through the LBS community, and build his confidence to achieve his long-term career vision as an influential finance leader.

Chris is a recipient of the LBS Merit Scholarship, and is part of the Private Equity and Venture Capital Club and Japan Club in addition to being an official student ambassador. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling around the world, having visited 50+ countries, and playing rugby competitively.
