Ana holds a double bachelor’s degree in business administration and law from CUNEF and a Masters in Accounting and Auditing from ICADE, both in Spain. She started her career at PwC Spain, where she worked as an auditor and regulatory advisor for financial institutions. She then moved to London and continued developing her career as a project manager for regulatory projects in financial entities. Currently, she is part of the risk division at Barclays in London, where she drives the implementation of strategic initiatives.
She joined the Masters in Finance part-time at LBS to accelerate her career and sharpen her technical knowledge while working. She also wanted to be part of the LBS community and enhance her professional network. Ana is one of the recipients of the Merit Scholarship. She believes that LBS provides the best platform to achieve ambitious goals and can offer a unique and tailored experience that is not available in any other business education institution.
Besides being a student ambassador, she is also an Executive Committee member in the Foodies Club, and participates in the Women in Business, Investment Management and Social Impact clubs. In her spare time, she likes travelling, going to the gym and enjoying quality time with her family and friends.
