Education: Bachelors, Erasmus University, Netherlands; graduated in 2020
Topic(s) studied: Econometrics & Economics
Interested in: Consulting
My greatest challenge when I applied to business school was: Choosing schools.
About me: I am half Dutch, half German. I finished my high school studies in Hamburg, then studied my undergraduate degree in Econometrics & Economics in Rotterdam. Interested in both finance and data science, I completed an internship at EY in technology consulting in the data and analytics team in Berlin. I followed up with an internship in EY’s valuation and business modelling practice and thereafter decided to join the data and analytics team full time.
I knew I wanted to continue diving deeper into data science and move to London, which is why I decided to study the Masters in Analytics and Management programme at LBS. The quality of people at LBS, as well as their diversity, confronts you with interesting opinions, strong ambitions and a strong social network.
Not only am I able to tailor my career path and learning ambitions at LBS, but I can explore all my sport interests. Being a sport enthusiast, I highly value the number of sports clubs and events that are hosted by LBS students in executive committees. Whether it’s running, swimming, biking, skiing, football, volleyball, sailing or hiking, I’ll be able to do them all.
Three topics I can be approached about: Moving to London; applying; job opportunities.
