My greatest challenge when I applied to business school was: Balancing applications deadlines and GMAT with my work
About me: I was born and raised in Italy; after graduating from a French international school, I pursued a bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Management at Bocconi University in Milan. During my undergraduate studies, I undertook two internships in the financial services industry, in asset management and investment banking. Upon my graduation, I moved to London to work in private equity for six months, before embarking on a three month backpacking trip across New Zealand, Australia, Japan and South East Asia. Sports have always been a predominant interest in my life; I competed internationally in alpine skiing and have practiced fencing, football, judo and windsurfing. What really distinguishes LBS from anything else is the school community. Being able to spend a year with exceptional, supportive people coming from incredibly diverse backgrounds is an invaluable asset. I am a member of the consulting, entrepreneurship, private equity and venture capital, Italian and football clubs. The clubs at LBS offer great opportunities to broaden one’s interests and connect with students from other programmes. Do not hesitate to reach out to me; I look forward to sharing my experience with you!
