Sheshan grew up in Colombo, Sri Lanka and after completing college moved to the UK to study for an undergraduate degree in Economics & International Development at the University of Bath.
He started his career at JP Morgan after securing an internship in the Corporate Banking division. Upon completing his internship he was offered a place on the Analyst Programme commencing in 2009. He has worked in a number of roles across finance, strategy and technical sales in Corporate and Investment Banking in London. Currently, as an Associate, he supports the CFO and Regional Controller of the EMEA region. He works within a small team that serves as a strategic analytical resource to help senior executives understand, manage, forecast, and plan the financial profitability of the region. He is greatly benefiting from the level of expertise of his classmates and the quality of discussions they share, and looks forward to the depth and diversity of subject areas offered by the MiF.
In his free time Sheshan enjoys playing tennis and watching sports.
