Abbie graduated in 2009 from the University of Sydney with first class Honours in Pharmacy, before beginning her career at St Vincent’s Public Hospital as a clinical pharmacist. In 2011, Abbie moved into a pharmaceutical sales role at Merck, Australia to expand her interest in business, while retaining a part time role at St Vincent’s Public Hospital. After two years in sales, Abbie was seconded into Merck’s pharmaceutical marketing division before accepting a position on London Business School’s MBA programme. Abbie was drawn to London Business School by the international diversity of its student body, its reputation for academic excellence and its location in London. In addition to being a student ambassador, Abbie has recently accepted leadership roles in both the Healthcare Club Committee, and the Private Equity and Venture Capital Club Committee. In her spare time Abbie enjoys swimming, travelling and cooking.
