BSc King's College London, UK; graduated in 2018
Topic(s) studied: Business Management
Interested in: Consulting and technology, media and entertainment industry
My greatest challenge when I applied to business school was: Balancing full-time work with GMAT studies
About me: I was born in the UK and spent my childhood years in Belgium and Switzerland, before completing my high school education in Shanghai. After completing a three year bachelor’s degree in Business Management at King’s College London, I spent a year working in the research and analytics team at FOX Networks Group (now part of The Walt Disney Company) in London. During this time, I gained extensive knowledge in the changing UK media landscape and also had the opportunity to attend two machine learning workshops hosted by Google and AWS, gaining first-hand insight into how complex models were built to enable image and speech recognition. The MAM course is perfectly catered for my career ambitions, as I look to combine both consulting and analytics in my future career. Aside from careers and academics, LBS enables me to cultivate my personal interests such as joining the football and volleyball clubs, not to mention the Foodie Club! I enjoy travelling, cooking and a cheeky pint at LBS’s local pub. Now I look forward to building life-long relationships with fellow LBSers from all over the world!
