Matt grew up in Sydney, Australia, where he graduated from the University of New South Wales with a chemical engineering bachelor’s degree. After engineering internships in brewing and oil refining, he joined McKinsey & Company, where he spent three and a half years working across Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Moving to London in 2014 sparked a switch into FMCG, where he ran strategy and product development for premium mixers brand Fever-Tree for two years.
Matt decided to join London Business School to study alongside an incredibly diverse and international group of students, and to gain access to the vibrant business community in London. He is an active member of the private equity, venture capital and rugby clubs at LBS, and is a mentor in the early career mentorship scheme. Along with being a passionate sportsman, he is happily taking advantage of the extensive European travel opportunities that living in London offers.
