Kaidi graduated with Highest Distinction from Goizueta Business School, Emory University in 2014, where she received her bachelor degree with double major of Finance and Economics. Outside of school, she volunteered at animal shelters and visited sites in Alabama and Kentucky to build houses for tornado and hurricane reconstruction.
Kaidi started her career as a Financial data analyst at Bloomberg L.P. in Princeton, US, where she worked in Earnings Estimates covering Technology, Media, and Telecom sector. She then transferred to London to take on responsibility of managing sell-side estimates consensus on EMEA Financials sector. Upon regulatory implementation of MiFID II, Kaidi works closely with buy-side and sell-side to help clients adapting to changes by providing innovative financial data and technical workflow solutions. She is also the co-chair of Bloomberg Pan-Asian Community (London chapter), where she focuses on promoting cultural awareness, creating commercial impacts and building leadership development within the company and with other corporations.
With work experience in both US and UK, Kaidi decided to join London Business School to further develop an international perspective at today’s financial market and expand her knowledge. She also looks forward to leveraging on the network from LBS' diverse communities.
In her free time, Kaidi likes travel, movies and music. Her loves boxing and hiking, and she went on her first sailing trip in October 2017 with LBS Sailing Club and will soon start lessons to learn to be a skipper.
