Daniel holds a Bachelor in Computer Engineer from Instituto Militar de Engenharia (IME), Brazil. Before joining London Business School (LBS), he worked for five years in the Brazilian Army, and then for five years in the financial market, as an Equity Analyst at BNY Mellon (Brazil), M&A and Debt Structuring at FIR Capital, and Corporate Investment and M&A at Grupo Moura. Over the last three years, he has worked as a part-time math teacher, preparing students for the most challenging math tests in Brazil.
Daniel decided to join LBS to expand and broaden his finance knowledge, complementing his professional experience with additional technical skills and theory. He was also attracted by the international diversity of the student body, where he can learn from inside the classroom how people from the all over the world do business and by the international networking opportunity with people from various professional and geographical backgrounds. He has passed in all three CFA Levels.
In addition to being a Student Ambassador, Daniel is part of the Executive Committee of the LBS Automotive Club. He enjoys all kinds of outdoor activities - especially football – and equally enjoy travels.
