On 26 November 2019, Mr Mounir (Moose) Guen, CEO of MVision Private Equity Advisers, and Professor Eli Talmor, Private Equity at LBS, hosted the MVision Roundtable event.
The topic was "Diversity in Private Equity" and explored the results of the MVision sponsored study by HEC on diversity in the private equity community. The results highlighted that gender inclusive decision making in private equity significantly enhances returns and reduces loss of capital. They also explored how GPs and LPs can implement diversity more systematically at levels of their private equity investment structures.
Professor Olivier Gottschalg, HEC, opened the roundtable with the research findings and this was followed by an open discussion from the panellists; Mounir Guen (CEO & Founder, MVision Private Equity Advisers), Andrea C. Bonomi (Founder and Chairman, Investindustrial), Johanna Barr (Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Limited Partner Services, Advent International), Erin Sarret (Director, StepStone Group) and Valentina Pippolo (Head of Italy, Partner, Alpha PE).
