It is the vision of the School to have a profound impact on the way the world does business, and the way business impacts the world, and we believe that to do so we must draw strength from our cultural diversity. The faculty is made up of over 30 nationalities from across the globe, with an age range of 29 to 73. 26% of our current faculty are female. Amongst our equality objectives, we are committed to increasing the number of female faculty and students as well as expanding our ethnic profile. London Business School participates in the UK-wide Research Excellence Framework (REF) exercise which assesses the research performance of UK universities. In the most recent review, which was published in December 2014, London Business School maintained a strong position with 55.3% of its research output receiving the top 4* rating (world-leading).
