Teaching Fellow of Strategy and Entrepreneurship
Rebecca is researching strategy and execution, scaling and growth, how management drives organisational performance and growing tech start-ups. She joined London Business School from her post as Director at London School of Economics, Centre for Economic Performance, where she remains a Fellow. She is also an active executive-level strategy consultant and helps lead an investment firm in Silicon Valley.
Throughout her career, Rebecca has had several papers published in many well-known publications such as Harvard Business Review, Bloomberg Businessweek, and Foresight, The Government Office for Science.
Her recent papers include 'Why strategy execution unravels – and what to do about it'; 'What role will leadership play in driving the future of UK manufacturing?'; and 'Management in healthcare: why good practice really matters'.
