Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour

Dr. Eliot Sherman’s research examines the structural constraints that impede women's careers, with an emphasis on testing feasible organizational solutions using field experiments. An additional stream of work assesses intrapreneurship and job mobility. His research has been published in leading sociology and management journals, including the American Journal of Sociology, Management Science, and Organization Science. He has taught the "Paths to Power" elective since 2016 and has taught in executive education programs since 2018.
