Abstract
This case reveals the reactions to the leadership conference of the top 100 Managers. It shows that they were both positive and negative reactions to Parton's agenda and to the conference's attempt to motivate people to support it. These reactions served as "food for thought" for Parton as he proceeded in his efforts at pulling Marconi bank from the brink.
