Abstract
GN Netcom has set up new production facilities in China, reduced production in Europe and North America and reorganised in global logistics. Yet the world economy developed less favourable than forecast, the Internet bubble burst and businesses scaled back their investment plans. Hence, GN Netcom had to reconsider its strategy under less favourable conditions.
