My greatest challenge when I applied to business school was:: Juggling my Master's Thesis and studying for the GMAT
About me: Born and raised in Belgium, I completed my MSc in Bioscience Engineering with a specialisation in Chemistry at the University of Louvain (KU Leuven). This interesting study addressed a broad range of scientific topics and prompted me to complete 2 research internships in the Chemical industry, one of which was at BASF in Germany. In addition, I have also been involved in my family business for many years and took care of its marketing and sales. From these experiences I realised that combining a business degree with a scientific background gives me a unique perspective and is highly valuable, which is a key reason why I chose LBS. As a MiM, I am part of the Energy club committee where I am responsible for organising the events for the Oil and Gas sector. Outside of school and work, I am an avid mountaineer and traveller. My recent hikes include Mount Toubkal in Morocco and the Salkantay route in Peru.
