Professor Niro Sivanathan will focus on the psychology of sustainable change. Firstly, he will discuss how the human psyche makes it so difficult for us to change and why we resist change even when the change is beneficial. Secondly, learning how our minds (emotional and rational) function to help us understand how to bring about change at the individual, organisational and societal level.
