Engage with candidates

Whether you’re looking to fill permanent, internship or project positions, our Employer Engagement Team will partner with you to find your perfect recruitment solution.

Access our free online recruitment databases to search student and alumni CVs, create your own customised and downloadable CV book, post a job or contact students and alumni directly to discuss opportunities.

2. Presentations on campus

Introduce your company to our students. Make the most of our presentation opportunities, where you can spend time with our students: presenting, networking and raising brand awareness to your target audience.

3. Recruitment fairs

Network with the brightest and best global talent. We host a range of major recruitment fairs each year, some general and some with sectoral or geographic themes. The format gives you an ideal platform to showcase your brand to prospective employees. Meet students and alumni, talk about your business and interact with your potential candidates.

4. Career treks

Host international and local visits to your business. Engage with an enthusiastic group of students in your office and give them a unique insight into your organisation. Allow them to network with your colleagues and let them experience your business culture, wherever you’re based in the world.

5. Coffee chats

Meet with potential candidates for an informal chat at the School. Coffee chats are a really good way to have an informal chat with students and alumni about your company and job opportunities.

6. Educational events

Educate students about your business and build your brand. Run case study sessions or workshop presentations and show our students the inner workings of your business. Find a hot topic to debate that is relevant to your business, bring students together to discuss it, and then begin building your talent network.

7. Student club conferences

Access a wealth of talent through our clubs. Our student clubs host events and conferences throughout the year, on a wide variety of topics. Join debates and discuss issues affecting the business world, while providing keynote speakers, panellists or corporate sponsorship to reinforce your brand. See the full list of clubs and contact student organisers directly at http://clubs.london.edu

8. Recruiting global talent for UK positions

Recruiting non-EU students from London Business School is a straightforward process and much easier than you may imagine. UK government changes to immigration policy since 2012 encourage the recruitment of highly skilled, international workers who have completed a degree at a UK institution. Our students can be issued with unrestricted Certificates of Sponsorship and start working for you on a full-time permanent basis, as soon as they have been awarded their degree and submitted a Tier 2 visa application.
