Cyrus Mistry IEMP1996 chaired the global conglomerate Tata Group from 2012 to October 2016, having been a director since 2006. He also previously chaired Tata Steel, Tata Motors and Jaguar Land Rover Automotive.
He was previously managing director of construction company Shapoorji Pallonji Group, where he quadrupled the group’s revenues.
Mistry serves as co-chair of the India-US CEO Forum and the India-UK CEO Forum, and is a member of the Presidential CEO Advisory Board of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
He received the Alumni Achievement Award in 2012.
